- Imagine, design, develop, and implement conceptual models and computer solutions to address complex problems including decision-making, optimisation, management and production as part of a business innovation approach by integrating changing needs, contexts and issues (technical, economic, societal, ethical and environmental).

Learning Outcomes of UE
learn about the generic concepts of IT departments' organization and IT Service delivery in the enterprise; be aware of IT security; get an overview on security issues, as far as basic knowledge about risk management, threat modelling and vulnerability checks; have practical answers in order to protect IT systems and their users ; get a realistic perception of the actual threat space so as management and protection processes; including the one related to cloud technologies.
