    Coordinate and non-coordinate bases of tangent space. Cartan's formulation of general relativity. The Reissner-Nordstrom solution of Einstein's equations describing a charged black hole. Kerr's solution of Einstein's equations describing a rotating black hole. General properties of black holes.
