Maxwell equations in non relativistic and relativistic forms. Lorentz and gauge invariances. Plane waves. Electrostatic. Magnetostatic. Electrostatic of dielectrics. Oscillating dipole and radiation. Retarded potential. Energy-momentum tensor. Emission of electromagnetic waves by relativistic accelerated charges.
