The second part is devoted to traditional preparatory techniques for light and electron microscopy including fixation, sectioning and staining as well as histochemistry. The third section covers the various aspects of immunohisochemistry such as fixation and tissue preparation, antigen retrieval techniques, multiple immunostaining. The last section is an introduction to computer assisted-morphometry applied to histological sections
