      Content of Learning Activity

1/ Photovoltaic systems. Photovoltaic energy; consitution of a photovoltaic energy generator system: PV module, energy conversion structure; maximum power point tracking; grid connection and droop control 2/ Wind systems. Wind energy; constitution of a wind energy generator system: fixed and variable-speed generators, energy conversion structure and control; grid connection 3/ Storage systems (seminar). Electrical energy storage in the distribution networks; review and comparison of the main storage equipments (batteries, supercapacitors, etc.) and their associated power conditionning systems. 4/ Micro-grid operation.
