Content of Learning Activity
The student approaches a collective housing project with collective equipment by also and necessarily integrating the questions of how to live together today, how to take into account technical, constructive and structural imperatives and how to express it. It is still a question of designing a structure that regulates the articulation of functions, the organisation of spaces, the choice of envelope, the distribution of light, but which is particularly concerned with the qualification and differentiation of private/semi-public/collective spaces, the centrality of the design of the structure and techniques (ducts, acoustics, fire safety, etc.), the definition of the design of the building, the design of the building itself, and the design of the building itself. ...), the definition of the concept of insertion in the contexts, notably by studying the expression of the facades in response to various criteria (choice of materials and implementation reinforcing the design philosophy, in adequacy with the structure, the contexts, the sustainability...) to be studied in detail from the start of the exercise.
