Content of Learning Activity
There are 4 chapters :
1) conflict management : this chapter presents different type of conflicts ant the way to manage them
2) negotiations : this chapter presents different type of negotiations and the way to put them into practice
3) difficult employees management : this chapter explains what is a difficult employee and how take action with such employees
4) communication : this chapter exposes different communication methods and presents transactional analysis
