At the end of this course, the student will be able to develop critical analyses on strategic management issues by elaborating diagnosis and scenario-based solutions for real firm case studies.

The case studies encompass various topics in strategic management, such as strategic positioning of the firm, SWOT analysis, scenario planning, organizational structures, diversification and acquisition strategies, strategic alliances, joint ventures,...
