Integrated test : there will be no assessment for each AA but a single assessment for the UE.

Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

Learning Outcomes of UE

During this seminar, the student will have to exploit the experiences of the training in management by working in a team. This seminar is a business game. The tool used is the iBGame (Designer: G. Hermresse). This game is powerful and flexible at once : it approaches very numerous questions of management and allows the driving force to possibly insist  more on the one or the other subject according to the situation.
At the end of the seminar, the student will be able to:
- understand the relationship between the decisions of finance, marketing, production, HR, etc.
- read financial statements
- put a financial diagnosis
- work in a team.

Content of UE

The seminar is organized during three full days: the participants, split into groups, are in charge of managing a fictitious firm. The students fix beforehand the strategy of their company and  then take a whole series of decisions. The IT support allows to obtain very numerous financial information and facilitates the simulations which precede decision-making.

Q1 UE Assessment Comments

Evaluation of the participation in the seminar according to 5 criteria: the preparation, the determination of the corporate strategy, the decision-making, the ranking and the final show. Except in exceptional circumstances, the evaluation is collective for the team.
