Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of this course, students will be able to
- understand the value creation process in a SME
- identify the problems related to growth
- analyze the different forms of financing available to SMEs
- know how to spot the early signs of bankruptcy.

Content of UE

The course focuses on the financial issues related to start-ups and growth companies.  It explores the emergence of start-ups and innovation issues.  Specific issues related to the growth of SMEs are examined closely.  The different sources of financing are explored.  Finally, the issue of bankruptcy is studied, as well as protection and reorganization procedures.
