Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of this Teaching Unit International Finance, the student will get a background needed to understand the major elements of the international economy. Particularly oriented towards the fields related to economics area, this Unit deals with the foreign exchange market and its arbitrage opportunities, options, swaps, forwards, the assessment of international risks, and the coverage of these risks. The student will also be able to cope with international literature, formulate a research question in the field of International and European economics, and articulate a personal approach, after a review of the existing literature on the field. He will also be able to actively participate in the discussion on a presented topic.
