At the end of this course, students will have a general knowledge of all experimental approaches to art related to biochemistry, molecular and cell biology and their potential

- atomic-force microscopy (Dr. P. Leclère)
- Medical imagery (RMN, in vivo optical imagery) (Dr. S. Boutry)

Type of Assessment for UE in Q1
Q1 UE Assessment Comments
Each student will be assessed on oral presentation of an article focusing on one or several novel experimental approaches in the world of biology. The evaluation will be based on:
- The quality of oral presentation (efficiency of scientific communication (weighted 30%)
- Mastery of concepts and methods discussed in the course (weighted 30%)
- Answers to specific questions presented and the section of general biology (weighting: 40%)
