Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of the course, students will be alerted to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and to its impact on HRM (through diversity practices, responsible recruitment, etc.). Students will understand what is a responsible employer and HR practices it can use to act responsibly
 

Content of UE

CSR basics will be exposed in order to better understand the impact CSR can have on HRM. Various responsible HR practices will be presented
