Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of this teaching unit based on lectures, discussions and simulations in an educational pharmacy, the student will be able to
- Apply the pharmaceutical care approach in community pharmacy and hospital pharmacy
- Provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care
- To check the adequacy of the treatment taking into account the characteristics of the patient
- To make choices taking into account the pharmaco-economy
- To conduct a support interview "Good Use of Medicines" 
- To adopt a quality approach (quality management, quality measurement, self-control, etc.)
- To carry out an medication review of the elderly patient with polypharmacy

Method of calculating the overall mark for the Q1 UE assessment

If all AAs have a score greater than or equal to 10/20:
Clinical pharmacy and good pharmacy practices; 5/9
Pharmaceutical care (pharmaceutical advice and follow-up): 3/9
Pharmaco-economy: 1/9

If at least one AA has a score below 10/20: the EU score will be the lowest AA score.

Q1 UE Assessment Comments

Clinical pharmacy and good pharmacy practices:
written exam (open questions) which assesses the knowledge and ability to use the concepts seen in the course.
Pharmaceutical care (pharmaceutical advice and follow-up):
Presence at sessions at the pedagogical pharmacy (seminars) is compulsory. The student must count at least 75% of attendance at seminars. ANY absence must be justified
participation : 20%
reports / personal works: 80%
