Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
the class is focusing on how the concept of diplomatic negotiation started. Through the UN charter analysis and practical cases, students will understand the negotiation frame of application, will study the methods and its strategies.
Content of UE
Partie I : General intro .
Partie II : Pacific settlement history.
Partie III : the different procedures in conflicts settlements.
Partie IV : International jurisdiction case law analysis.
Partie V : application methodologies.
Partie VI : practical cases.
Prior Experience
To hold some international relations knowledge is a plus.
