Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes of UE
At the end of the course, the students will be able to understand and analyse the processes of local and territorial development that can be and are implemented on micro territories. They will understand the various points of view issues at stake can be looked at and the goal of this exercise is to build territorial collective intelligence. Later on they will be able to study partnership processes and even accompany them. In this objective, they will be given the adequate tools so that they can define projects territory scales.

- Approach to territorial sustainable development (notions of leadership, of multi level governance, of citizen involvement, of strategic planning, of three-step assessment, territorial collective intelligence, etc. - Experimental iterative definition of local development - Analyses of significant cases
