Content of Learning Activity
In this course, various HR issues will be addressed through case studies (team management, recruitment, labour shortage, etc.) that will be solved and discussed in class. Some class sessions will be devoted to the presentation of useful theories to understand the issue. Students will also be asked to analyse specific HR issues in a company by interviewing managers and/or employees. Such analysis will be subjected to a written report.
