      Content of Learning Activity

The course aims to develop the students' ability to operate successfully in an English as a Medium of Instruction (EMI) context, where content classes, i.e. classes which are part of the engineering curriculum, are partly or fully taught in English.

Building on the competencies acquired in the BAB2 course, this course will provide practice in the following areas:
Attending lectures taught in English on a variety of subjects relevant to the engineering curriculum, and taking notes.
Reading journal papers and/or textbook material related to the subjects of the lectures,
Discussing the content of the above-mentioned material or presenting it in class.

Quite an important part of the course will consist of preparing to take the IELTS test.
