Content of AA:
Immunity of mucosae/ Concepts of tolerance and role of microbiota
Principles of vaccination and types of vaccines/ new approachs of vaccination
Relationship between host and pathogens- Concepts of symbiosis, commensalism, parasitism and strategies to escape the immune response
Concepts of epidemiology
At the practical level:
- Viral diagnosis by methods of direct or indirect dosages (ELISA, WB, immunochromatography, etc...)
- Detection of virus by electronic microscopy
- Methodology of bacterial identification
- Concepts antibiograms
