    Business and organization concept, vision, mission, value, strategy.
    Introduction to the concept of people management
    Important theories: self-determination theory, OKR method, participation and self governance
    Short cycle of HRM: Objectives, assessment, reframing, thank and recognize, give support, coach, development for performance. Identify talents, face to face meeting
    Long HRM cycle: recruit, select, integrate, develop long term, dismiss and end of career
    Leadership, giving meaning and sensemaking
    Team concept: Lencioni and Tuckman model
