Content of Learning Activity
Technical drawing: general principles of presentation, views, sections, threaded elements, dimensioning, tolerancing, functional dimensioning, bill of materials. Computer Aided Design applied to machine elements.
Dimensional metrology: language of dimensional measurement, principle for geometrical tolerancing, envelope requirement, maximum material requirement, dimensional metrology instruments, inspection of geometrical deviations, measurement uncertainty.
