      Content of Learning Activity

1/Putting in context (some definitions, sources of uncertainty in the modern electrical networks, what are their impacts on the electric system? Why to use probability methods in the modern networks? What are the impacted temporal horizons? 2/analytical Methods vs numerical methods for the long-term analysis: highlighting of the interest of the numerical approaches using Monte Carlo algorithms 3/Non-sequential, pseudo-sequential and sequential Monte Carlo approaches: peculiarities, scope, used models, examples of application 4/The exploitation of the data in the distribution networks of tomorrow: application and profits waited for the long-term analysis.
