Programme component

Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

  • Understand language of instruction and foreign languages (language skills)
    • Communicate easily and adequately, in both selected foreign languages, at a minimum level of B2 in line with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
  • Use lexicographical resources and reference materials to lead linguistic mediation activities individually or as part of a team (professional skills)
    • Use printed or electronic dictionaries and reference materials appropriately

Learning Outcomes of UE

Upon completion of the language courses of the third module, students will have a good command of the foreign language at the B2+ level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Students will be able to:
- indicate links between ideas, highlight meaningful points; and use the proper transition signals so that sentences flow into a clear, coherent whole;
- develop arguments that take into account the other speakers' views and make connections with their statements and deductions;
- negotiate, in writing and orally, adequate solutions to the problems of everyday life.

Content of UE


Receptive and productive activities focused on discursive skills, effective social discourse and negotiation strategies.
Emphasis on interaction with native speakers and on intercultural skills.
