Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes
- Understand and integrate cultural similarities and differences (cultural and intercultural skills)
- Develop knowledge in various fields, in particular those aimed at by translation activities
- Use everyday technology (technological skills)
- Use standard office software tools and editorial assistance effectively
- Use lexicographical resources and reference materials to lead linguistic mediation activities individually or as part of a team (professional skills)
- Use printed or electronic dictionaries and reference materials appropriately
- Reformulate, summarise, translate or interpret a document of general interest written or presented orally in a foreign language into French
- Conduct relevant research and report on it in a critical manner (cognitive skills)
- Conduct targeted and reasoned documentary research in both the core language and the foreign languages studied
Learning Outcomes of UE
students will have a good command of arabic at the B1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Students will be able to translate from French into arabic.
