      The oral examination will be organized via Teams and will cover the whole course support and the case studies available on Moodle.

      The questions will target the theoretical aspects of the course and their application.

      Content of Learning Activity

      The course will focus on the key activities and processes that must be considered for the implementation and monitoring of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Some of the most frequently used ERM frameworks (Risk Maturity Model, COSO framework, ISO 31000 Risk Management) are discussed towards specific business cases to illustrate the concrete functioning of the risk management process within organizations.
