      Description of the modifications to the Q3 2020-2021 assessment procedures (Covid-19)
      The exam will consist in a written test and will be sat remotely. It will cover the contents of the theoretical and practical classes, which have been delivered face-to-face and remotely.

      The exam will consist in a written test and will be sat remotely. It will cover the contents of the theoretical and practical classes, which have been delivered face-to-face and remotely during the first four-month term.
       

      Content of Learning Activity

      DESCRIPTIVE STATISTICS
      One-dimension descriptive statistics - Tables and diagrams of frequencies - Position and dispersion parameters. Two-dimensions descriptive statistics - Regression - Correlation.

      PROBABILITY THEORY
      Random experiments and events - The different approaches of the concept of probability - Random variables, distribution of probability - Particular distributions - Mathematical expectation and variance - Independance of random variables - Some fundamental theorems.

      STATISTICAL INFERENCE
      Sampling, estimation - Tests theory.
