      The Translation examination will consist of a short translation from French to English.  The student will be given access to the text at the beginning of the set exam time and will have two hours to complete the translation and upload it to Moodle Exams.

      Translation of texts on general subjects and exercises in comparative linguistics.

      Emphasis on specific problems inherent to the foreign language.

      Critical use of documentation and language reference materials available in the target language.
