      Organisational online arrangements for the end of Q3 2020-2021 assessments (Covid-19)

      Description of the modifications to the Q3 2020-2021 assessment procedures (Covid-19)
      ON SITE : Oral exam > Sight translation of a +/- 250 word text without dictionnary, in perfect French, without meaning mistakes and at anormal speech rythm.
      Time to prepare = 6 minutes. Time for the oral translation equal or shorter than preparation time.

      ONLINE : the students will be able to download a text at the beginning of the exam, ie when the Moodle homework will be available. They will have 30 minutes to read and prepare the text, then record their oral translation, then upload the recording before the end of the given time.
      The recording will be in mp4, m4a or any other format that is compatible with the Moodle platform.
      The text will have the same length as the ones done during classes.
      ANY USE OF ONLINE DICTIONARY OR AUTOMATED TRANSLATION TOOL WILL BE SANCTIONNED

      Content of Learning Activity

      Written translation of non-specialized texts of variable length, with highlighting of the common translation pitfalls and of the intertextual conventions in the source and target language.
      Oral translation, exhaustive or summarized, of shorter general texts.
