      Description of the modifications to the Q3 2020-2021 assessment procedures (Covid-19)
      Oral exam. Same weights as for Q1: CHIM/PHYS: 75% exam, 25% TPs/cotés. INFO/MATH: 80% exam, 20% coté. Short questions (and answers), no written preparation necessary. Maximum 20 minutes per student. The questions are about the theory classes: definitions, laws, understanding of the concepts and examples seen during the theory classes and so on. Closed-book exam.
      Subjects: INFO/MATH: Mechanics. CHIM/PHYS: Mechanics, thermodynamics (and optics if not yet passed).

      Oral exam on-line (via Teams). Short questions (and answers), no written preparation necessary. Maximum 20 minutes per student. The questions are about the theory classes: definitions, laws, understanding of the concepts and examples seen during the theory classes, and so on. Closed-book exam.
      Subjects: Mechanics, thermodynamics (and optics if not passed the optics test).
      Weights: 75% examen, 25% TPs/côtés.

      Sections Informatics and Mathematics:
      Written exam on-campus. Theory questions and exercises. Closed-book exam.
      Subject: Mechanics. 
      Weights: 80% examen, 20% côtés. 

      Content of Learning Activity

      Mecanics : cinematics, dynamics, work, energy, momentum, center of mass, rotation, torque, angular momentum, gravitation.
