Description of the modifications to the Q3 2020-2021 assessment procedures (Covid-19) |
Oral exam in person on the theoretical part (50%) and written exam of 2 hours in person for the practical part (50%). In case of force majeure, the oral exam could be organized remotely via Teams by maintaining exactly the same modalities. The student having passed (score> = 10/20) one of the 2 parts is not obliged to represent it, the mark of this part in Q1 can be kept for the Q3 evaluation. The written exam (2 hours) takes place in an open notebook, it covers exercises in UNIX and C language. The oral exam covers the fundamentals of operating systems. The student draws a question at random and then has 15 min preparation time with a copy (provided) of the course before being questioned. Additional sub-questions related to the main question will then be asked by the teacher to verify mastery of the subject. The written exam and the oral exam each count for 1/2 of the points. |
