Description of the modifications to the Q3 2020-2021 assessment procedures (Covid-19) |
Introduction to fundamental concepts of biomaterial engineering using new concepts of macromolecular physico-chemistry, taking into account the specificity of biomaterials in terms of physicochemical properties, description and understanding of new synthetic pathways, characterization of cell/surface interactions, concepts of biodegradability and biocompatibility. Description of the cellular and tissular behavior in contact with different biomaterials and in turn the modification of the functional properties of living organisms. Evaluation with Teams using a powerpoint presentation of about 15 minutes (in french) based on a scientific article as support. This presentation will be followed by a discussion and a question/answer session using all the concepts described in the course. |
