      Description of the modifications to the Q3 2020-2021 assessment procedures (Covid-19)
      The exam focuses on understanding the course and the different contents developed in it. All the material is made available via Moodle.

      The oral exam will be conducted remotely (Microsoft TEAMS). It will include open questions.

      The final mark is added. It includes the grades from the written exam (70%) and those of the practical work (30%).

      Law, Justice, Morals, Ethics and Deontology:
      * History, clarification of notions, their similarities and differences
      * Ethical dilemmas specific to the exercise of clinical orthopedagogy
      o Step of ethical reasoning
      o Case studies
      Ethical and ethical guidelines of clinical orthopedagogy:
      * National regulatory framework at the national level: inclusive policies
      * International Framework: European Charter, UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD)
      * Code of ethics of the clinical orthopedagogue
      o Status, professional associations, accreditation, visa and INAMI
      o Consent and protection of vulnerable people
      o Records management
      o Teamwork: professional and shared secret
      Ethics and deontology in research in clinical orthopedagogy:
      * Accessibility of information
