      The evaluation is achieved together with the course Traitement des sols pollués (I-GMIN-031; same course unit)

      The evaluation is based on a bibliographic study. Student choose either a polluted site or a type of pollutant (sources where to find these are given in the course) and write a report of about fifteen pages (the topics to be addressed in this report are also given in the course). The report is communicated to the teacher either in paper version or by email in pdf version. It counts for 100% of the rating (Weighting: 60% for the written report and 40% for oral presentation)

      The evaluation is based on a bibliographic study in groups of 2 or 3 students. Students choose either a polluted site or a type of pollutant (sources where to find these are given in the course) and write a report of about fifteen pages (the topics to be addressed in this report are also given in the course). The progress of the work is the subject, at the request of the students, of a follow-up by the teacher. The report is communicated to the teacher either in paper version or by email in pdf version. It counts for 100% of the rating.
       

      Content of Learning Activity

      Bibliographical work on a select polluted site (data from written sources or web sites). Summary and analysis of available data : sources of pollutions, geology and hydrogeology of the site, type and extent of pollution, remediation techniques used on the site, etc.
