      Content of Learning Activity

      This course will allow students to know, understand and criticize: (a) the major theoretical currents and major themes of the anthropology of nature as well as the construction of the nature and culture dichotomy to which they gave rise; (b) the debates they raise about the relationship between nature and culture today, their possibility conditions and their challenges; (c) the plurality of relationships with nature and conditions of anthropocentrism and eurocentrism. A first part of the course will be given ex cathedra. The second part will be based on readings, the summaries of which the students will present in class. The course will cover the following topics: philosophical anthropology, anthologies of the nature, anthropology of environmental policies as well as practical cases exercise.
