Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of the UE, the student will be able to develop critical analyses on strategic mangement issues by elaborating diagnosis and scenario-based solutions for real firm case studies.

Content of UE

Application of management knowledge on real firm case studies. The case studies encompass various topics in strategic management, such as strategic positioning of the firm, SWOT analysis, scenario planning, organizational structures, diversification and acquisition strategies, strategic alliances, joint ventures,...
