Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of this course, students will be able to understand and analyze the latest developments in current mobility issues and challenges as well as emerging innovative solutions.
Dans la partie pratique du cours de socio-anthropologie des mobilités, il s'agira de découvrir et de mettre en pratique des méthodes de recueil de données de type qualitatives permettant de croiser pratiques spatiales et sociales de mobilités. Un accent sera mis sur la question des mobilités quotidiennes et des mobilités résidentielles dans une perspective genrée au travers d'exercices pratiques.

L'évaluation repose sur la remise, en binôme, d'un article de 10 pages se basant sur une enquête de terrain mobilisant au moins 3 des 4 méthodes de recherche qualitatives étudiées pendant les travaux pratiques dirigés sur la thématique des pratiques résidentielles et urbaines de femmes migrantes.
 

Content of UE

Mobility is an important issue of the contemporary world: what do the spatial displacements and movements of contemporary social relations say? The course trains the students in the exploration of the main themes that arise, and the emphasis will be on the social changes that these mobilities entail.
