Description of the modifications to the Q3 2019-2020 online assessment procedures (Covid-19) |
The students will have to carry out, in groups and in a company of their choice, a work based on interviews and/or written questionnaires. The analysis of these interviews and/or questionnaires must be the subject of a written work to be related to the theoretical subject seen in the classroom. These arrangements were agreed with the students at the beginning of the course in February. This work should be uploaded to Moodle (Devoir) and sent to claire.dupont@umons.ac.be on the date provided by the teacher. The examination will be based on the assessment of the written work. An oral assessment of this work will also be organised by videoconference via Microsoft Teams |
Content of Learning Activity
Each year, one particular HR issue is selected to be studied for HR Diagnosis course. The first lessons present some theories that can be used to understand the HR issue. Students have then to make an interview guide related to the studied HR issue. With such a guide, students will conduct interviews with managers in companies. During the last lessons, students present their interviews results in front of the class. The analysis that results from interviews is subjected to a written work that will be presented and discussed during the final evaluation
