      Organisational online arrangements for the end of Q3 2019-2020 assessments (Covid-19)

      Description of the modifications to the Q3 2019-2020 online assessment procedures (Covid-19)
      Production of two works in accordance with the instructions available on Moodle : 
      *  comparison of two translations of a literary work (to be chosen from the list on Moodle);
      * revision of an excerpt from a literary work (to be chosen from the texts available on Moodle).

      Partial dispensation if one of the two works completed in Q1 was deemed satisfactory.

      Content of Learning Activity

      Textual criticism and correction of literary drafts of translations; comparison of translations of works of 19th and 20th century European literature; exercises on particular issues (presentation of dialogues, choice of past tenses in narrative, use of the translator's note, etc.); reflection on the evolution of the stylistic and esthetic standards in literary translation.
