      Organisational online arrangements for the end of Q3 2019-2020 assessments (Covid-19)

      Description of the modifications to the Q3 2019-2020 online assessment procedures (Covid-19)
      (a) Grammar points seen in class (see Moodle) will be assessed by means of a multiple-choice-question test on Moodle. Students will be allowed one attempt and one attempt only according to the examination timetable. The attempt will be timed.

      (b) Students will write an essay (see instructions on Moodle). The essay will be uploaded on Moodle.

      Content of Learning Activity

      - Written assignments drafted in accordance with academic conventions;
      - Analysis and paraphrasing of information and arguments borrowed from diverse sources;
      - Construction of personal arguments;
      - Mastery of grammar and vocabulary.
      The above may be based on:
      - Listening activities based on authentic audio(visual) documents involving native speakers on varied topics; 
      - Reading activities based on informative and literary texts.
