      Articulation of the contents around 3 fundamental concepts: Measure / Test / Evaluation
      / Basic principle of the measure of the human mind/Psychometry vs Edumetry /
      Notion of variability of the conducts / scales of measure: nominal Scales, ordinales Scales, Scales of interval.
      Notion of "test": Criteria of qualification of a test: technical, methodological and epistemological criteria / The True Score Theory / Reliability and validity of a test / Items Analysis and elaboration : difficulty, discriminativity, reliability, validity / Introduction to Item Response Theory.
