Written exam Sessions 1 and 2: Individual bilingualism Individual bilingualism: conceptual framework, diversity, fashion language (Grosjean), multidimensional approach and plurilingual competence: theoretical and empirical approach (functional questionnaire and linguistic biography) Sessions 3 and 4: Effects of bilingualism (effects 1 and 2) Session 5: Paradise research and clinical implications (diagnosis of bilingual children) Seminar: Content of the articlede King, K., & Fogle, L.(2006). Raising bilingual children: Common parental concerns and current research. CALdigest Series, 2. Homework The final document must be composed of 10 pages MAXIMUM (excluding the cover page and bibliography, for which it is requested to take care to scrupulously respect the APA standards in force). An annex document will include the identified articles. The work will be deposited on Moodle, in the deposit space which will be created for this purpose, for Monday 25 May 2020, at the latest at 5:00 pm. The file must be submitted in PDF format, under the following title: TPbilinguisme_NOM1-NOM2-NOM3 (-NOM4). This work will be assessed according to the following criteria: 1. The quality of the synthesis of the conclusions formulated by Kathryn Kohnert and Amelia Medina as regards the specific thematic which has been entrusted to you 2. The relevance of the articles listed (published between 2009 and today) in order to answer the question (identify if new answers and knowledge are available in 2020) as regards the specific topic treated 3. Description of the census techniques used 4. The quality of the report on the content of the selected articles (research questions, device and results) 5. The quality of the conclusions 6. Respect for the structure of the body of the text 7. Compliance with APA standards 8. Respect for aspects of form (including spelling) |
