Description of the modifications to the Q3 2019-2020 online assessment procedures (Covid-19) |
Exceptionally, due to the health crisis and its repercussions on the possibilities of students to present their written work in the first session, a second session is organized for this course. Written work must be submitted online before the 1st day of the session. Students must write an essay (max. 5 pages) on a subject related to the practical organization of secondary schools about a theme, by choice, in school life (i.e. the school project, the internal rules, the study rules, the functioning of a PMS center, a parents' association ...). Given the confinement (and in order not to harm the students who had already started their work before the start of the containment), collaborative written work can take one of the following 6 forms (scenario) : 1st case: Performing interviews (face-to-face, before containment; by phone / Skype / other during containment) Case 2: Carrying out interviews by providing the actors with questions from the canvas by email and obtaining their written answers 3rd case: Some members carried out their face-to-face interviews, before confinement; by phone / Skype / other during containment and others interviewed by email 4th case: Members carried out their face-to-face interviews, before containment; by phone / Skype / other during containment, others conducted their interviews by email exchange and still others were unable to conduct their interviews 5th case: The group was unable to carry out any maintenance 6th case: Carrying out an interview on both The detailed description of the products expected for each of these scenarios has been available on the Moodle online course since the beginning of April 2020. The report must be submitted to Moodle before the first day of the session. |
