      Reminder in Neurophysiology/Neuropharmacology: Structures, Functions of Nervous System (NS), neurotransmitters, barriers, metabolism, development. Pharmacology, Safety pharmacology, Toxicology notions: class effects, on-target & off target effects, dose, concentration, brain penetration, routes of administration...
      Safety Pharmacology: Regulatory requirement for Nervous System, Acute & functional effects, Neurobehavioural assessment, Seizure liability, Drug abuse potential, Testing
      Neurotoxicology (mature organisms): Regulatory requirement (drug, chemicals), Toxic Syndromes, Heavy metals, Gaz, Chemical compounds, Pesticids, Alcohol, Neurotoxins: animal, plants, mushrooms, bacteria.. Testing
      Developmental Neurotoxicology: NS Development, critical periods, Regulatory requirement, Heavy metals, chemical compounds, pesticids, alcohol, tobacco, Testing
      Endocrine disruptors: effects during NS development, effects on sex specific brain regions
      Risk assessment: Hazard identification, on/off target effect, intrinsic toxicity, DMPK, exposure, risk evaluation and mitigation, population, acute and long-term effects
