Description of the modifications to the Q3 2019-2020 online assessment procedures (Covid-19) |
The content of the AA studied in classroom is: Potential-pH diagrams ; Corrosion kinetics ; influence of oxidizing ability and conductivity of the electrolyte ; Different forms of corrosion and characteristics ; Evans diagrams (Multielectrodes theory) ; passivity and its properties ; pitting corrosion ; intergranular corrosion; charaterization by electrochemical techniques ; ageing tests ; The content of the AA studied at distance : Surface preparation : degreasing and etching ; chemical conversion; organic coatings and application processes ; anodizing; galvanization. The pratical work/Visits are replaced by exercices deposited on the Moodle platform (reported quotation). The terms of the examination are as follows: Individual oral examination lasting 30 minutes on Teams with open book. The examination is based on a discussion of a pratical case of study which can involve corrosion, protection aspects and characterization methods. Exercices : 15% - Oral examination: 85 % |
