      Description of the modifications to the Q3 2019-2020 online assessment procedures (Covid-19)
      The examination consists of an open question whose answer can only be personal!
      The question is sent the day before the exam to the students and the answer (two A4 pages max) must be returned on the day of the exam.

      Content of Learning Activity

      "Quality" concepts ; company management ; history of quality ; total quality management ; systemics ; norms and European Directives related with "quality-safety-environment" (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, OHSAS 18001) ; main "quality" tools.
