Description of the modifications to the Q3 2019-2020 online assessment procedures (Covid-19) |
The examination takes place with the notes and covers all the matter studied during face to face and distance learning (therory, as well as exercices on transformers and the induction motor). The objective is to determine if the student has a sufficient understanding of the course and if he masters it, though, without having to reproduce it. The examination (weighting: 100% of the mark) takes the form of a distance written test of the type MQC with justification (maximum duration: 120 min). The assessment includes questions of theory and several small exercises to solve. |
Content of Learning Activity
single-phase and three phase circuits; transformers: under no load and load conditions, as well as in short circuit; asynchronous machines in steady-state: balance of power, electromagnetic torque, circle diagram, speed-torque characteristic, slip, efficiency, influence of rotor resistance, frequency and stator voltage.
