Description of the modifications to the Q3 2019-2020 online assessment procedures (Covid-19) |
The examination will cover Chapters 1, 2 and 3. These chapters were covered both face-to-face (Chapters 1 and 2) and with distance learning (Chapter 3). It will take the form of a written remote test with Moodle |
Content of Learning Activity
There are 4 chapters :
1) conflict management : this chapter presents different type of conflicts ant the way to prevent and manage them
2) negotiations : this chapter presents different type of negotiations and the way to them
3) difficult employees management : this chapter explain what is a difficult employee and how take action with such employees
4) communication : this chapter exposes different communication methods and presents transactional analysis
