      Content of Learning Activity

      - Different classifications of things and rights (movable vs. immovable assets)
      - Possession and detention (acquisitive prescription, article 2279 of the civil code)
      - Property (characteristics, evidence, revendication); real estate property (immovable accession and determination of boundaries, joint ownership or common ownership)
      - Abuse of rights (regarding real estate property); neighbourhood disturbance
      - Main real rights, especially right of usufruct, right of use and habitation, and easements by act of man
