      Organisational online arrangements for the end of Q3 2019-2020 assessments (Covid-19)
      • Written exam (multiple choice, open questions)

      Description of the modifications to the Q3 2019-2020 online assessment procedures (Covid-19)
      1) Collective written work (50% of the note Q2): development of conclusions of a civil conflict per group. Evaluation will be based on references (1/2 of the note) and on quality of arguments (1/2 of the note).

      2)Written test at a distance (50% of the note Q2) based on contents studied during the Q2 : files on UV about legal proceedings and about textes analysis.
      Evaluation will consist of closed questions and open questions.

      Content of Learning Activity

      Part 1: introduction to databases and search engines. Part 2:step-by-step development of a practical case, resulting in the writing of pleadings and the making of a moot court (role play)
