Objectives of Programme's Learning Outcomes

Learning Outcomes of UE

At the end of "HR strategy", students will be alerted to the necessity to pay attention to specifics factors while thinking strategically about HRM. They will be able to reflect and analyse specific organisational contexts and to innovate by defining specific HR strategies                        At the end of "HR and change implementation", students will be alerted to the fact there is not a "unique thinking" about change. They will be aware that changes have to be analysed with multiple points of view in order to understand all its complexity
